NOTES FROM NATIVE AMERICANS - August 2008

FROM SALT LAKE CITY, UT

What does it mean: Armageddon? Who is Michael the Archangel? What happens to those who die unsaved or a non-Christians? Are they lost forever?

FROM BARAGA, MI

Thank you so much for all that you are doing. I know I appreciate your work.

FROM MAKAWO, HI

Comment on Lesson 10: this question is catchy if a person is not deep rooted in God's Word. The word, never, in Websters Dictionary means at no time. So how is it that Christ behavior action was like a banchee on a rampage? He outweighed his temper, for we know He is too gentle for that. He needed to join the anger management club. Reading John 2:12-25, I am aware what He found and what He did about it. This same scenario applies to us as well. Self temple need house cleaning but first we need to let Him in. Your input is delightful. Have a blessed day in the Lord.

 FROM ROGERS, AR

Thank you so much for the music tape. Mac and I have really enjoyed it.

FROM COUNSELOR, NM

Yes, we are going to have our campmeeting on the 6-9th of August. We were saying if you can be our special speaker for those dates. We still have to use the generator, but it works and is a place to plug in your guitar. It is the monsoon season and it rains almost every evening. That is the only problem when it comes to driving back and forth to Cuba. We will have some camp trailers at the site just to let you know about the weather. All my sisters are busy with their lives and have children. (list enclosed) Please pray for all these people. Most of our inlaws are not Christians. I thank God for my father. He will talk about his faith when we get together and they respect him and his faith. The campmeeting will be having VBS in the day time and services in the evening. There is food in AM, noon and evening.

 FROM LaJARA, NM

We are pleased to hear from you and hope you will enjoy your up and coming New Mexico trip. We've been in your study several years now. The study isa so rewardingly good - easy to understand and enjoyable. We look forward to it coming every month. We don't know if you are aware we are not Native Americans. We are Afro-Americans and the only black couple within 100 miles of the big cities. Charles has a bit of Cherokee in him from being born in Indiana. We are retired and on a tight fixed income. We are not into any religions and not church-going people. We prefer not to be. A mail flyer advertising your study was placed into our post office box years ago. That is how we heard of the study. We, in Christian love, enjoy Native Americans and have made friends with quite a few. We hope you will continue the study and send it to us. May God bless you, your wife and family and your entire organization.
