Russell's testimony I trusted the Lord Jesus Christ as my Saviour when I was 12 years old. When I was 22 years, I dedicated my life to serve the Lord as long as I live on the earth. I have not always obeyed God's Word as I should, but the Lord Jesus Christ was always ready to forgive and help me walk the Christian pathway. For many years, I was a pastor of a church. Then in 1961, I became a missionary to our Native Americans. WHY? Because I want our Native Americans to know my Lord Jesus Christ.
I pray that you, my Native American, will put your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. Your missionary and friend in Jesus Christ, Pastor Russell Edmondson
Erma's testimony I would like to share my testimony with you. I trusted Jesus Christ as my Savior during our family devotion time. I was 14 at the time. I made a public confession of faith in a youth group meeting. Later I dedicated my life to the Lord in a church service. I was baptized by immersion in September of 1953. When Bible Mission to Native Americans was organized in October of 1961, I offered to take care of the accounting part of the ministry, inasmuch as accounting had been my major in high school. I wanted to help in any way I could. After forty-four years at my secular job, I retired and have devoted all of my time in the mission ministry. This involves taking care of all of all the responses/requests received from the mailings of "The Chieftain". Normally this amounts to a better than two per day. I also correct the Bible lessons answer sheet, and prepare the next lesson sheet in the course for mailing. I also prepare the mini-layettes for mailing. The Lord has really blessed my life and I praise and Thank Him. I am grateful for the privilege of serving the Lord Jesus Christ. My favorite and life's verses are Proverbs 3:5,6
